  1. Very interesting video. Thanks for sharing it :) What stood out for me was the point it made about knowing the audience you are writing for. You often hear about writers writing for themselves and I think is the starting point of any piece of work. But while this is where writing springs from, the writer needs to keep in mind that he/she needs to stay connected with the reader throughout the process.

  2. Thanks for the comment, Samantha. Yes, it took me quite a while to learn to keep my reader foremost in my mind. And when I did, I found my true authentic voice because I was focused on communicating to that reader.

  3. This video makes a few solid points about what to look for when you are ready to publish your book. Do not think I like to over organize, but the books falling over the background were slightly distracting to me. I wanted to organize her books.
